| because most of these items are custom made for you at the time of your order, there may be a slight difference in it's appearance from the one pictured. I do my best to be consistent but a large part of having a custom designed piece, is that it does not look like anyone else's. please use the available notes to seller areas to give me your specific information. if I have a question, I will contact you by email you can always contact me for more information your jewelry will come gift boxed and ready to be given to someone special, even if that someone is you. I try to ship everything within 5 days of receiving your order. if there is something that comes up that would change that, I will contact you by email. I use the postal service priority mail secure boxes and pack everything carefully so your jewelry will arrive in the best condition. i hope that you love your new custom made piece of jewelry, but i will accept returns or exchanges if contacted within 7 days. I use the best materials that I can find, however, if something breaks because of workmanship or materials, contact me and I will repair it for you. If it breaks because of....well, whatever else, contact me and I will try to repair it for a small fee. |
